Order Processing Time

We understand you're excited to start your fitness journey with your new gear. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs by Product Category

Gym Clothing & Workout Collections

  • Lightweight items ship via standard carriers

  • Multiple items may be combined to reduce shipping costs

Gym Equipment & Exercise Machines

  • Small Equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells): Standard shipping rates apply

  • Large Equipment (weight benches, squat racks, treadmills): Special freight shipping required

  • Freight shipping costs calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination

Gym Mats & Floor Protection

  • Yoga mats and standard exercise mats: Regular shipping

  • Large gym floor mats: May require freight shipping due to size

  • Roll-up mats ship in protective tubes to prevent damage

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges apply due to remote location surcharges from carriers.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. We're working to expand our shipping reach and will update this policy when international options become available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package's progress through:

  • Our website's order tracking system

  • Direct carrier tracking (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • Email and SMS notifications (when available)

Special Handling for Gym Equipment

Heavy Equipment (Over 50 lbs)

  • White glove delivery available for an additional fee

  • Curbside delivery included with freight shipments

  • Assembly service available in select areas

Fragile Items

  • Exercise electronics and digital displays are double-boxed

  • Extra padding used for mirrors and glass components

Shipping Restrictions

Items We Cannot Ship to Certain Areas:

  • Liquid supplements to PO Boxes

  • Large equipment to apartments without freight elevator access

  • Hazardous materials (certain cleaning products) via air transport

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

If your gym equipment or clothing arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@grabnex.com

  3. Keep all packaging materials for inspection

  4. We'll arrange replacement or refund promptly

Lost Packages

  • We'll track down missing packages with the carrier

  • Replacement items sent after carrier confirms loss

  • Full refund provided if replacement isn't preferred

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@grabnex.com.

Important: Address changes cannot be made once the item has shipped. Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional shipping fees.

Peak Season & Holiday Shipping

During busy periods (Black Friday, New Year fitness resolutions, etc.):

  • Order early to ensure delivery by your target date

  • Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days

  • Express shipping recommended for time-sensitive orders

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers across the United States to get your fitness gear to you faster and reduce shipping costs.

  • Special commercial shipping rates available

  • Scheduled delivery appointments

  • Multiple shipment coordination
