GRABNEX REFUND POLICY

At Grabnex, we stand behind the quality of our gym clothing, fitness equipment, gym mats, and workout accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund and return policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Eligible Items for Return

Gym Clothing & Activewear

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free from deodorant stains, odors, or signs of use

  • Original packaging must be included

Fitness Equipment

  • Must be in original condition with all parts and accessories

  • Original packaging and instruction manuals required

  • Equipment must show no signs of use or assembly

  • All safety seals and protective films must be intact

Gym Mats

  • Must be unused and in original packaging

  • No signs of stretching, wear, or contact with floors

  • Original protective covering must be present

Workout Accessories

  • Must be in original, unused condition

  • All components and packaging materials included

  • No signs of wear or use

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn gym clothing and activewear

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

  • Custom or personalized fitness equipment

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Items purchased during final sale events

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@grabnex.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective)

  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Return Authorization

We'll provide you with:

  • Return authorization number

  • Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items)

  • Return instructions and packaging guidelines

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package items securely in original or similar packaging

  • Include the return authorization number

  • Use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier

Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item

  • Original payment method will be credited

  • Refund confirmation will be sent via email

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Item price plus applicable taxes

  • Partial Refund: May apply if item shows minor signs of use

  • Return Shipping: Covered by Grabnex for defective items only

Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days to appear on statement

  • PayPal: 1-2 business days

  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

  • Available for gym clothing within 30 days

  • Item must be in original condition

  • We'll cover return shipping for size exchanges

  • New item will be shipped once we receive the return

Product Exchanges

  • Available for equivalent or higher-value items

  • Price difference must be paid before shipping

  • Original item must meet return criteria

Damaged or Defective Items

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective item:

  • Provide photos showing the defect

  • We'll arrange free return shipping

  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

Shipping Damage

For items damaged during shipping:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and item

  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection

  • We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier

Warranty Coverage

Fitness Equipment Warranty

  • 1 Year: Manufacturing defects and material flaws

  • 90 Days: Electronic components and moving parts

  • 30 Days: Cosmetic issues and finish problems

Gym Clothing Warranty

  • 90 Days: Fabric defects and stitching issues

  • 30 Days: Color fading and material problems

Return Shipping

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods

  • Insurance recommended for high-value items

Grabnex-Initiated Returns

  • Free return shipping for defective items

  • Pre-paid labels provided for our errors

  • Full shipping cost refunded

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Contact support@grabnex.com for return authorization

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees

  • Returns may take longer to process due to international shipping

  • Local taxes and duties are non-refundable

Refund Exceptions

Restocking Fees

  • 15% restocking fee may apply to large fitness equipment

  • Fee waived for defective items or our shipping errors

  • Customer notified before processing return

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

  • All sales final on clearance and promotional items

  • Warranty coverage still applies for defective items
